Otto Wallin

Otto Wallin is a professional boxer from Sweden, and he has a record of 23 wins with only 1 loss. He is ranked #9 by TBRB and deserves an honorable mention.

Kubrat Pulev

Kubrat Pulev has a record of 28 wins and 2 losses. He has notably won the European heavyweight title and the WBA Inter-Continental heavyweight title. 

Micheal Hunter

Micheal Hunter has a boxing record of 20  wins, 1 loss, and 1 draw. Throughout his career, Hunter has won several regional titles including the IBO and WBA Inter-Continental and the WBA International heavyweight title.

10. Filip Hrgović

Starting off the list, Filip Hrgović is a professional boxer from Croatia. He has an undefeated record of 14 wins and 0 losses. Hrgović is the former WBC International heavyweight champion. He won the title in 2018 and defended it 5 times. He also held the IBF International heavyweight title and defended it twice. 

In his most recent fight, Filip Hrgović defeated Emir Ahmatovic via TKO, and his next fight is scheduled against Zhang Zhilei on 7 May 2022. 

9. Joe Joyce

Joe Joyce is a British professional boxer, with an undefeated professional record of 13-0.

He only turned pro in 2017 but has had an incredible amateur career, winning the silver medal in the 2016 Olympics. Joyce has also won several regional titles including the British, Commonwealth, WBC Silver, WBO International, and  European heavyweight titles.

His most recent fight he defeated Carlos Takam via TKO in the 6th round. As of now, there is no official announcement about his next fight. 

8. Luis Ortiz

Luis Ortiz is a Cuban boxer, with a record of 33 wins, 2 losses, and 2 no-contests. 

Luis Ortiz is the former WBA interim heavyweight champion. He won the title in 2015 and defended it against Bryant Jennings in one of the most incredible fights of his career. Ortiz also fought Deontey Wilder for the WBC title and has also won many regional titles in his career including the WBA inter-continental heavyweight title.  

In his most recent fight, Ortiz defeated Charles Martin via TKO, and there is no news about his next fight. 

7. Andy Ruiz Jr.

Andy Ruiz is a Mexican American Boxer, with a professional record of 34 wins and 2 losses.

Ruiz is the former unified WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, and IBO heavyweight champion. He won the titles after fighting and defeating Anthony Joshua, in a short notice fight. However, he lost the title in the rematch against Joshua. 

In his most recent fight, Ruiz defeated Chris Arreola Via a Unanimous decision, and his next fight is scheduled against Luis Ortiz for July 16, 2022

6. Joseph Parker

With a record of 30-2, Joseph Parker is one of the most incredible boxers to come out of New Zealand. 

He won the WBO Heavyweight title in 2017 defeating Andy Ruiz Jr. He defended the title twice over the next year, before losing it to Anthony Joshua in 2018. Parker is also the current WBO Inter-Continental heavyweight champion. 

He won the title after defeating Derek Chisora, and his most recent fight was a rematch against him, which Parker won by decision. His next fight has not been announced yet. 

5. Dillian Whyte

Dillian Whyte is a former kickboxer and mixed martial artist from England and now has a professional boxing record of 28 wins and 3 losses. 

Dillian Whyte is the former WBC interim heavyweight champion having held the title twice in his career, along with multiple regional titles. He has also secured wins over big names like Dereck Chisora, Robert Helenius, Lucas Browne, Joseph Parker, and Oscar Rivas. 

Last weekend, Whyte fought Tyson Fury for the WBC title, however, he could not win. Fury was too technical and strong for Whyto to handle, and after taking multiple heavy shots, he was put down in the 6th round with a right-hand uppercut from Fury. 

4. Deontay Wilder

Wilder is an American professional boxer, and he has 42 wins, 2 losses, and 1 draw on his record. 

Wilder is the former WBC Heavyweight champion and defended the title nine times, before losing it to Tyson Fury. Wilder is one of the hardest-hitting heavyweight fighters, and 41 of his 42 wins have come by way of knockout. 

His most recent fight was a rematch against Fury after the first fight ended in a draw, and Fury won the second. Wilder lost the recent thirdfight, and there is no announcement about when he will return to the ring. 

3. Anthony Joshua

Anthony Joshua is a British professional boxer with a record of  34 wins and 2 losses. 

He is the former unified WBA, WBO, IBF, and IBO world heavyweight champion, and has defended his titles against big names like Dillian Whyte, Wladimir Klitschko, Charles Martin, Joseph Parker, and Alexander Povetkin.

However, after losing to Oleksandr Usyk in his most recent fight, Joshua has dropped in the rankings. As of now, there is no official announcement about Joshua’s next fight. 

2. Oleksandr Usyk

  • WBA Heavyweight Super Champion

  • IBF Heavyweight Champion

  • WBO Heavyweight Champion

Originally from Ukraine, Oleksandr Usyk is an undefeated boxer with a record of 19-0. Usyk is a two-weight unified world champion and one of the best active boxers right now. 

Usyk is the current unified WBO, WBA, IBF, and IBO heavyweight champion of the world, and he also held the unified  WBA, WBA, WBC, and IBF cruiserweight reigning as the undisputed champion. 

In his most recent fight, he put on a technical clinch against Anthony Joshua winning by a Unanimous decision, however, with the current situation in Ukraine, Usyk’s home country, there is no information about when he will fight next.

The Gypsy King, Tyson Fury also reigns as the best heavyweight boxer on our list.  The undefeated heavyweight has a record of 32-0, and he is the current unified WBC and The Ring Heavyweight champion of the world. 

Fury also holds the title of Lineal Heavyweight champion, and back in 2015, he defeated Wladimir Klitschko to become the unified WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, IBO, and The Ring heavyweight world champion. 

After two back-to-back fights with Deontay Wilder, Tyson Fury returned to the ring last weekend and defeated mandatory contender Dillian Whyte. Fury dominated the fight and landed a devastating right uppercut in the final seconds of the 6th round, which dropped Whyte. He got up but could continue to fight. 

There is no announcement about Fury’s next fight. He has said that he will probably retire from the sport.
