GGG is out of the rankings because of his inactivity, and the insularity surrounding his comeback, while Janibek Alimkhanuly takes the number 1 spot, along with Carlos Adames moving up to number 2 after his most recent win. Here are the new and updated middleweight rankings, but first here are some honorable mentions.
