Mahfoud is the Former IBF women’s featherweight world champion. She won the interim title back in 2020, and she was later promoted to full champion. Mahfoud defended the title against Nina Meinke but later lost it to Amanda Serrano.

Throughout her career, Serrano has won nine different world titles in 7 weight divisions. Serrano is also the current undisputed featherweight world champion, holding the unified WBA, WBC, WBO, IBF, and IBO featherweight world titles.
She won the WBA title and became the undisputed champion after defeating Erica Cruz via unanimous decision in a largely one-sided fight. Recently she defeated Danila Ramos in another dominating one sided fight to remain undisputed champion. This was historic as she competed in a 3 minute 12 round fight. A first for Women’s Boxing.
