Adriano Moraes is the ONE FC flyweight champion, however, their flyweight division is at 135, which is why he isn’t in our rankings, but he and Demetrious Johnson deserve honorable mention as well.

10. Manel Kape

Starting off the list, at number 10 we have Manel Kape as an Angolan MMA fighter, and he has a professional record of 17 wins and 6 losses. 

He is the former Rizin bantamweight champion, and has 4 fights in the UFC, out of which he won two. In his most recent fight, he defeated Zhalgas Zhumagulov, and his next fight has not been announced yet.

9. Matt Schnell

Promotion: UFC

Matt Schnell is a Professional MMA fighter from the USA. He has a record of 16 wins, 6 losses, and 1 no-contest. 

Schnell is ranked #8 in the official UFC rankings. He has been fighting in the UFC for quite a while, between bantamweight and flyweight. In his most recent fight, he defeated Su Mukerji via submission and won the fight of the night bonus as well. 

There is no announcement about his next fight.

8. Alex Perez

Promotion: UFC

Alex Perez is an American MMA fighter, with a professional record of 24 wins and 7 losses. 

Perez is ranked at #6 by the official UFC rankings, and he has notable wins over Jussier Formiga and Jordan Espinosa. However, he has lost his last two fights in the row, against Deiveson Figueiredo, and Alexandre Pantoja.

As of now, there is no official announcement about his next fight.

7. Matheus Nicolau

Matheus Nicolau is a Brazilian fighter with a record of 18 wins, 2 losses, and 1 draw. He is currently ranked #7 by the official UFC flyweight rankings. 

He competed in the UFC between 2015 and 2018, and after having a couple of fights outside the company, he came back in 2021 and has won three consecutive fights since. 

In his most recent fight, he defeated David Dvořák, and there is no announcement about his next fight yet.

6. Brandon Royval

Coming in at number 6, Brandon Royval is another American MMA fighter, competing in the flyweight division of the UFC. He has a professional record of 14 wins and 6 losses and is ranked #5 by the official UFC rankings. 

Brandon Royval has notable wins over Kai Kara-France, Tim Elliot, and Rogério Bontorin. In his most recent fight, he defeated Matt Schnell as well. 

As of now, there is no official announcement about his next fight.

5. Askar Askarov

At number 5, we have Askar Askarov. The Russian MMA fighter has an MMA record of 14 wins, 1 loss, and 1 draw. 

Askarov won his first 4 fights in the UFC, defeating big names like Alexandre Pantoja, Tion Elliot, and Joseph Benavidez. However, in his most recent fight, he faced a setback after losing to Kai Kara France via UD. 

There is no announcement about his next fight yet.

4. Kai Kara-France

At number 4, we have Kai Kara-France from New Zealand, and he has a professional MMA record of 23 wins, 10 losses, and 1 no contest. 

Kai Kara France has multiple notable wins in the UFC. he knocked out former bantamweight champion Cody Gardbrandt, and defeated Askar Askarov earlier this year as well. Last weekend, he fought Brandon Moreno for the Interim UFC flyweight title, however, he lost the fight via TKO in the 3rd round.

3. Alexandre Pantoja

Alexandre Pantoja is a Brazilian MMA fighter and has a professional record of 25 wins and 5 losses. He is ranked #2 by the official UFC rankings. 

Alexandre Pantoja has won 9 out of his 12 fights in the UFC and has wins over fighters like Brandon Moreno, Manel Kape, Wilson Reis, and Brandon Royal. 

He defeated Alex Perez last weekend, at UFC 277, and won the performance of the night bonus. His next fight has not been announced yet.

2. Brandon Moreno

Title: Interim UFC Flyweight Champion

Brandon Moreno is a Mexican MMA fighter, and he has a professional MMA record of 20 wins 6 losses, and 2 draws. He is ranked #1 in the official UFC Flyweight rankings. 

Moreno is the Former UFC flyweight champion and the current UFC Interim flyweight champion. He won the undisputed title after defeating Deiveson Figueiredo last year,  However, he lost it earlier this year in a rematch. 

Last weekend, Moreno fought Kai Kara France for the interim title and won the fight via TKO. The fight was quite competitive, with both fighters having their moments, however, Moreno was able to knock his opponent out, and won the fight of the night bonus as well.

1. Deiveson Figueiredo

Title: UFC Flyweight Champion

Deiveson Figueiredo is a professional MMA fighter from Brazil, who competes in the UFC. he has a record of 21 wins, 2 losses, and 1 draw.

Figueiredo is a two-time world flyweight champion and has wins over Alexandre Pantoja, Joseph Benavidez, Alex Perez, and in his most recent fight Brandon Moreno. His last three fights were against Brandon Moreno, the first of which was a draw, the second was won by Moreno, and Figueiredo got his title back in the third and last fight. 

There is no announcement about Deiveson Figueiredo’s next fight, however, whenever he returns, he will likely fight Brandon Moreno again, who is the interim champion.
