Hundreds of players have stepped on NBA courts, many names, many surnames, many incredible stories have been captured, players left their legacy, and had brilliant careers. The SG position and its main protagonists gave us many memorable moments. They are the protagonists of this compilation: Top 10 Shooting Guards of All Time.

  1. George Gervin

Team(s): San Antonio Spurs, Chicago Bulls

Career Stats (NBA): 26.2 PTS, 4.6 REB, 2.8 AST, 1.2 STL, 0.8 BLK

George Gervin, better known as "The Iceman", stood out for the main distinctive skill of his game, the "Finger Roll", which made him the forerunner of one of the coolest styles of play in the league. Gervin’s number 44 jersey is retired by the San Antonio Spurs.

  1. Ray Allen

Ray Allen, known for his work ethic and excellent shooting skills, was one of the best shooters in history and will forever be remembered for that three-pointer he made in the 2013 NBA Finals against San Antonio. Allen is still currently the all-time leader in three-pointers scored (2,973).

Reggie Miller, New York's nemesis, was one of the game's most effective shooters, and his legend was forged during his postseason clashes, even though he didn't win the championship. His number 31 jersey is in the rafters of Indiana.

Clyde "The Glide" Drexler was one of the greatest athletes of his era. The peak of his career was eclipsed by Michael Jordan, but in a different time his legacy would probably have been greater.
