He’s a young 25 year old chap with infinite capabilities and a bright future ahead probably towards the top.

 

7. Matthew Tkachuk – Calgary Flames

Matthew Tkachuk is currently playing as the alternate captain for his team, known as a rugged winger, had his first breakout in 2018-19, finishing with NHL high career goal (34) and points (77). This bright young player has played 64 games in 2019-20, scored 21 goals and 55 points.

 

6. Tomas Tatar – Montreal Canadiens

It seems like Tomas Tatar has made a comeback and proved his worth to his team. Tatar appeared on track for a fourth straight 20-goal season with the Detroit Red Wings in 2017-18 when he was traded to the Vegas Golden Knights for three draft picks in 2018. He has played 66 games in total this season, and scored 22 goals earning 58 points.

 

5. Artemi Panarin – New York Rangers

Artemi Panarin is a skilled player, his first NHL hat-trick was made in 2016 against the team he is currently playing for. This season he has played 63 games, with 32 goals and 88 points. His career stats are quite spectacular.

 

4. Jonathan Huberdeau – Florida Panthers

Jonathan Huberdeau became the leading scorer in panther’s history in January 2020. He is an offensive wizard with great hands which totally justifies the decision made by the Panthers’ to spend the No.3 pick in the NHL draft. He has played 64 games this season, with 22 goals and 77 points.

 

3. Alex Ovechkin – Washington Capitals

Alex Ovechkin, a strong and fast Capitals player, is a 1000-point scorer and 3 time Hart trophy winner. This season he played 63 games in total, scored an impressive number of goals (43) and earned 60 points.

 

2. Brad Marchand – Boston Bruins

Brad Marchand is on a pace for 53 goals and 131 points along with 160 penalty minutes this season. Everyone thought Marchand had a career year last season with 100 points but it seems like he’s onto bigger and better things this year. Brad Marchand has played 65 games this season, 26 goals and carrying 81 points for his team.

 

1. Leon Draisaiti – Edmonton Oilers

Landing on the top position, Leon Draisaiti has a splendid record and stats. The Edmonton Oilers have the best left wing player in the NHL right now with his 37 goals and achieving 99 points in 64 games.
