The 2022 NFL Schedule rolls into December as week 13 kicks off the December NFL schedule for DFS owners and fantasy football owners.

Week 13 of the NFL schedule for the 2022 NFL season is loaded with exciting matchups that have the potential to produce some big-time fantasy production from a long list of NFL players for DFS owners.

As you start to look at the Top 10 Fantasy Football Players to Start Week 13 of the 2022 NFL Schedule rankings list, there are top tier fantasy options as well as a few budget friendly DFS owners as well.

One of those players that looks to have a primetime fantasy football matchup during week 13 of the NFL Schedule 2022, is A.J. Brown of the Philadelphia Eagles. As Brown prepares himself for what may be an emotional showdown against his former Tennessee Titans team, look for him to enter this game with a chip on his shoulders.

While Brown headlines a solid group of wide receiver options for fantasy football owners, another player that is in line for a big-time performance is the Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Derek Carr who will look to take advantage of a Los Angeles Chargers defense that has struggled at times this season. Honorable Mention

Patrick Mahomes

Team: Kansas City Chiefs

Position: Quarterback

Week 13 Matchup: Cincinnati Bengals

One fantasy football option that could be on the Top 10 Fantasy Football Players to Start Week 13 of the 2022 NFL Schedule rankings list week in and week out is Patrick Mahomes.

Mahomes, who will lead his Kansas City Chiefs team in a showdown with Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 13 just misses the Top 10 this week. Much of this has to do with his high salary cap hit for DFS owners.

That said, look for Mahomes to continue to be a solid option at quarterback this week against a Bengals team that knocked them out of the playoffs just last season.

Entering week 13, Mahomes has topped the 300-yard mark seven different times while throwing for at least two touchdowns seven times.

David Montgomery

Team: Chicago Bears

Position: Running Back

Week 13 Matchup: Green Bay Packers

One budget friendly DFS option to consider in week 13 of the 2022 NFL schedule is David Montgomery of the Chicago Bears.

While the status of Justin Fields is up in the air, Montgomery looks to be a sneaky DFS lineup play for owners as he looks to take advantage of the Green Bay Packers defense.

The Packers enter this week allowing the 3rd most fantasy points to opposing running backs with 568 yards to go along with five rushing touchdowns, 136 receiving yards, and one touchdown reception.

10. Chris Olave

Team: New York Jets

Position: Wide Receiver

Week 13 Matchup: Minnesota Vikings

Landing in at number 10 on the Top 10 Fantasy Football Players to Start Week 13 of the 2022 NFL Schedule rankings list is the New York Jets rookie wide receiver Chris Olave.

Olave, who is one of a few key NFL rookies looking to have big games for Daily Fantasy Sports owners during Week 13, will look to continue his success against a shaky Minnesota Vikings defense of late.

Over the past four weeks, the Vikings defense has allowed 782 receiving yards to go along four touchdown receptions to opposing wide receivers. With Mike White under center, the Jets offense looked more uptempo with big play potential.

9. Austin Ekeler

Team: Los Angeles Chargers

Position: Running Back

Week 13 Matchup: Las Vegas Raiders

Entering the season expectations were set high for the Los Angeles Chargers as well as veteran running back Austin Ekeler.

While struggles have shown up to start the season, injuries at key positions have hurt the Chargers offense. Despite those struggles Ekeler has been solid all season as both a runner and receiving option.

Ekeler enters week 13 with 554 rushing yards and 497 receiving yards while combining for 12 total touchdowns. The Raiders enter this week allowing the 3rd most fantasy points to running backs in 2022 including the most receiving yards and 3rd most receiving touchdowns.

8. Tee Higgins

Team: Cincinnati Bengals

Position: Wide Receiver

Week 13 Matchup: Kansas City Chiefs

As DFS owners wait to see if Ja’Marr Chase returns to the field during Week 13, another Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver is a hot commodity entering the team’s showdown against the Kansas City Chiefs.

That receiver is Tee Higgins who is coming off back-to-back 100 plus yard performances while pulling in at least seven catches over the team’s last contest.

While his production may drop with Chase back, it may also increase as team’s will have to focus and gear on the big play of Chase.

Higgins as well as Chase will look to take advantage of a Chiefs defense that has surrendered a league high 15 touchdown receptions to wide receivers this season.

7. Josh Jacobs

Team: Las Vegas Raiders

Position: Running Back

Week 13 Matchup: Los Angeles Chargers

Monitor the injury status of Josh Jacobs before slotting him into your starting roster for the NFL Schedule 2022 week 13.

Jacobs suffered an injury late against the Seattle Seahawks last week however it didn’t slow him down from securing the win with an 86-yard touchdown run in overtime.

In week 13, Jacobs will look to take advantage of a Los Angeles Chargers defense that has allowed 1,465 rushing yards and 10 rushing touchdowns to running backs over the course of the NFL season.

6. Dameon Pierce

Team: Houston Texans

Position: Running Back

Week 13 Matchup: Cleveland Browns

Another running back to love this week is the Houston Texans rookie running back Dameon Pierce who has been the main focus of the team’s offense for most of the season.

Pierce has not disappointed for the most part as he enters Week 13 leading all rookie running backs with 788 rushing yards while ranking 9th among all NFL running backs.

The Texans and Pierce will look to face off against a Cleveland Browns defense that has allowed the 2nd most fantasy points over the past four weeks including 438 yards on the ground and three rushing touchdowns.

5. Christian Kirk

Team: Jacksonville Jaguars

Position: Wide Receiver

Week 13 Matchup: Detroit Lions

Rounding out the top five on the Top 10 Fantasy Football Players to Start Week 13 of the 2022 NFL Schedule rankings list is the Jacksonville Jaguars receiver Christian Kirk.

Kirk and second year quarterback Trevor Lawrence are slowly building chemistry as they enter their showdown against the Detroit Lions. Kirk has seen at least seven targets in eight games this season including in each of the team’s past six contests.

Over the past two weeks the Lions defense have been shredded allowing 523 yards and three touchdowns to opposing wide receivers.

4. George Kittle

Team: San Francisco 49ers

Position: Tight End

Week 13 Matchup: Miami Dolphins

As DFS owners gear towards the likes of Travis Kelce, one fantasy tight end that is worth considering is the San Francisco 49ers veteran tight end George Kittle.

Kittle and the 49ers will face off against the Miami Dolphins in Week 13. A Dolphins team that has allowed four touchdowns over the past four weeks of the 2022 NFL Season.

Kittle has seen his production tick up over the past five games including pulling in four touchdowns over that stretch.

3. Nick Chubb

Team: Cleveland Browns

Position: Running Back

Week 13 Matchup: Houston Texans

Possibly the best running back in the NFL, Nick Chubb continues to be a fantasy workhorse for his fantasy owners all season. Chubb enters the week ranked 4th in the NFL in carries with 200, 3rd in the NFL with 1,039 rushing yards, and 2nd in the NFL in rushing touchdowns with 12.

The Cleveland Browns running back will look to take advantage of a Houston Texans defense that has allowed the most rushing yards (1,592), and most rushing touchdowns (14) over the course of the entire season.

2. Derek Carr

Team: Las Vegas Raiders

Position: Quarterback

Week 13 Matchup: Los Angeles Chargers

As DFS owners look to other top tier options at the quarterback position including Patrick Mahomes and Justin Herbert in Week 13, Derek Carr is a solid budget option at the position.

Carr as well as Trevor Lawrence are both due for big time games in Week 13.

Carr will look to take advantage of a Los Angeles Chargers defense that has struggled of late against the pass allowing five touchdown passes and 520 yards over their previous two contests. As the Chargers will look to slow down Josh Jacobs, look for Carr to have options in the passing attack.

Team: Philadelphia Eagles

Position: Wide Receiver

Week 13 Matchup: Tennessee Titans

In at number one on the Top 10 Fantasy Football Players to Start Week 13 of the 2022 NFL Schedule rankings list is the Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown.

Call it what you want a revenge game, or just a game to prove his point, Brown will look to put together a big game against his former team the Tennessee Titans in Week 13.

The same Titans defense that has allowed 332 receiving yards and three touchdown receptions over the last two games.
